We are looking for an experienced and talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.  The Technical Recruiter will play a vital role in finding top talent for our company.

 

About Instasense:

InstaSense is a South African born software and digital services company that was established in March 2017. What started out as a small enterprise with a vision to change the way cameras and the web interact, has grown into a multi-faceted digital powerhouse. Initially, InstaSense focused on various IoT-enabled projects, today we also create bespoke software platforms, mobile apps, VR apps, and websites. In two short years, InstaSense’s capabilities had grown to such an extent that we started providing in-house digital marketing agency to clients, making InstaSense a one-stop digital solution provider, able to cater to all your digital needs.

 

About the role:

The role of a technical recruiter is to identify and assess potential candidates for open positions within the company. They will work with hiring managers and project managers to understand the requirements of the role, and then identify and screen potential candidates. The technical recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • HR related qualification will be an advantage.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or corporate environment.
  • Great admin and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines – be able to successfully coordinate, prioritize your time and close searches against a timeline.
  • Must have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation – influential.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for software development and marketing roles from economically viable platforms and channels
  • Conduct interviews
  • Refine the internal onboarding process with business managers
  • Provide input
  • Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders for projects
  • Continuously research innovative ways to source scarce skills
  • Review and evaluation of Recruiting activities and implementation of new ideas that can optimize recruitment and onboarding processes for better business results.
  • Maintain Candidate filing and Records in Simplify HR System.
